Mark spent over 25 years as a Four-Season Leader for the Boston Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain club before becoming a Registered Maine Guide. He has led over 200 trips in the four northern New England States. He has led numerous week-long canoe trips to the Allagash, hiked all 67 of the 4,000 foot summits in New England and explored Acadia by foot and bike. He has led hikers the length of Vermont's Long Trail. He is certified as a Wilderness First Responder.
