Our goal at Sport-Ventures is to provide customers with an enjoyable, quality experience fishing or boating on the waters of Casco Bay and the Gulf of Maine. We strive to see that your trip is filled with adventures and memories that will last a lifetime. If you're interest is offshore fishing, join commercial tuna fisherman and tournament angler Capt. Bob Humphrey and the crew of the Falcon IV – a 28-foot Albemarle Express – as we fish for giant bluefin tuna, sharks or groundfish. Also a certified wildlife biologist with B.S. and M.S. degrees, Capt. Bob serves as both captain and naturalist on offshore trips searching for whales, dolphins and pelagic seabirds. If you prefer fishing closer to shore, you can choose between striped bass or mackerel – sometimes both – aboard the Falcon IV or the Green Machine – a 20-foot Polarkraft Outlander. Or, we can cruise the waters of Casco Bay scanning for seals or viewing historic forts and lighthouses. While we offer specific packages, we're happy to customize any trip to fit your needs and desires to the best of our ability. Bait and tackle are provided for most trips though you are certainly welcome to bring your own.
